January 26Jan 26 After the blizzard of February 1978 I was talking to my grandmother on my mother’s side and I was telling her what a great storm it was and this is probably the biggest storm she’s ever seen and she told me it was not even in the same sentence as February 1961. She said that storm was so paralyzing and it was so cold to do a piles of snow everywhere and everybody was stuck. And she also said the worst snowstorm she’s ever seen in her lifetime was the March 1958 storm when she was visiting a friend in Pennsylvania. She said although February 1978 was decent she said it was just a few inches. I wish I was old enough to experience in February 1961 storm hopefully we will get one like that again
