    I posted a week or so ago that in November NINAs the MJO likes to slow and the RIMMS typically are too fast in the LR.   So the MJO is doing as expected.   I have to see p7 in Dece

    According to the maps you posted, 7 is not bad for December.

    Yeah 6 is trash, 7 is good, 8 is incredible, but we'd be happy with 7.

    OCT / NOV / DEC. Means you use November 

     

    For December you use November December January 

     

    Always center the month
