    I tried to contact him a few days ago as well, with no success. I would have assumed weeks ago this was his yearly hiatus, since I can see active moderation (he’s really never gone when that occurs), but this is a bit concerning when there is no sign of him here.

    I always like using this tool. Ensembles snow depth. It really has been a wintry period the last 3 weeks or so. Places in north west Jersey have had snow cover for several weeks now, and one of the better starts to winter in a long time for most of us.

    It is a shame it will all be gone in the next day or two.

    10 inches of snow

    1 Grinch storm wipes away the snowcover 6 days before Christmas

    I suggest go buy blue painters tarp and drop over an area you want to see snow on Christmas day

    Cover it from the rain because by Friday night we are back below freezing

    It's actually kind of easy to make snow with just a hose and cheap pressure washer or air compressor.

    It was showing snow before the model took it away.

    we are getting the eventual warm up now...it will get cold enough to snow again next week...we just need a system in the right place at the right time for a White Christmas...if it doesn't happen, we already had our pre Christmas snow...maybe a post Christmas snow instead...
