Mostly just focused on if it is still there or not at this time range. Will iron out intensity 2-3 days out.

I can't believe people buy into that stuff...it's like the old farmer's almanac

I remember as kid Bob Harris on WPIX Channel 11 also had a calendar like the old farmer's almanac. Never was correct though.

Because it's not really a "cutter". It's more like a big clipper that goes to the north. It never tapped the Gulf.

Yup. The days following it are near 50 too

Verbatim, it tracks too far south to bring in real cold air and too far north to have any Gulf moisture.

It will change in six hours.

Exactly. Note that every time the goofus of late has wanted to push sustained warmth for whatever reason it falls flat on its face in 6 hours and brings back a lean to cold.

Look at what happened out here today. This is a one day cold shot. The next 10 look fairly warm, maybe some sneaky cold on Sunday, but anyway, it went from 36 to 19 in 4 hours!

The CMC has the entire country cold by 12/27-28. Do you actually look at the run or just push "Total snowfall"?
