Great pic. Snowcover with the sun trying to come out is always a favorite of mine. Took this one, no Sundog though

HRRR doesnt want me to have power tomorrow, really hoping warming happens faster than progged. Sadly the mountains tend to slow warming substantially so I'm expecting the worst.

A picture like this is so rare to get in New York City/Long Island. To have the snow falling with the Christmas lights on and getting decent accumulations it’s something that doesn’t happen often here. This picture was taken right off of Pace Avenue in a cul-de-sac in West Islip NY.

Looks like on some radars the ice holds on north of 195 for a bit when it gets to Jersey.
