Latest hourlies show me not making it beyond 45. The push of the warmest air up here will be for 2 to 3 hours between 1pm and 4pm before the temperature quickly begins to drop. By 6pm I am already back into the 30's.

As long as it doesn't dry up before it reaches us as has happened so many times this year. Had a few flurries earlier. Latest HRRR had nothing at this time.

We are verifying high wind warning criteria in Allegheny - PIT just gusted to 61 mph.

Also potentially relevant for the rest of the board that this wind event farther west appears to be overperforming compared to expectations.

HUGE inversion upstate, my friend who lives in Grand Gorge, new york is about 2400 feet, said very windy and most of his snow is wiped out with a temp of 49 degrees.

Meanwhile no wind here and temps are struggling , its 38.2 degrees with showers at 1 pm, snowpack took just a little hit, good news is it will refreeze hard cement tonight and the constant melting and refreezing will make it last a long time with new snowcover to come

It did the same out here. The NWS had to issue a last minute high wind warning yesterday.

Up to 46 here. Wind beginning to pick up though so front has cleared Somerset.
