Beautiful!

My gosh the winds were absolutely ripping here last night. 30-40mph gusts all night long.

Still ripping today out my way as well.

Picked up 1.25 inches out of that heavy band. Brings my total up to 5 inches. 3rd storm this month with 4+ inches. We won't reach the great almost 30 inches of Dec 2020 but has been a great month anyways. Puts me at 16.75 for the month and 17 overall. We could see another 3-6 inches from today into NY morning.

Happy New Years Eve to all of you!

Yet another well below normal temperature day to close out 2025. In fact this will be the 3rd straight month with below normal average temperatures, and we will finish the year with 7 of the 12 months with temperatures below normal. I have to crunch the final

numbers tomorrow, but this will likely be a top 10 coldest December here in Chester County in the last 45 years. For many spots across the County we will remain below freezing through the weekend with below normal temperatures likely through at least the 1st week of 2026. We could see some snow showers toward

midnight tonight and through the overnight hours with maybe a coating in spots.

Have a safe and festive New Years Eve!!

December could end up averaging 33.9 degrees in NYC...that's the coldest since 2010...

Some flurries working its way in

A period of light snow that whisks around would be nice! Even if it just whitened up the ground… beautiful deep winter feeling!
