This looks more like a coastal special track as opposed to the previous run where it would push precip deep into western PA/eastern Ohio. 

 

It's something we haven't really seen in a while. 

 

I feel like every system the last several years makes a run for West Virginia.

Yeh. Its not a coastal pattern.

 

But thats ok. Our time will be closer to Xmas.

Stayed in a Holiday Inn Express in Kingston back in July coming back from James Taylor live in his backyard in Tanglewood, MA. Brand new renovated place. One of the better hotel stays I have had in quite some time believe it or not!

We are still tracking this. Plenty of cold air around. The track needs to be right though .

I'm not. Its a great pattern from the OHV to Maine

Its a massive area of snowcover coming 

 

Just not for a very small sliver on the coast loses.
