im not sure why anyone buys into any of this crap… it’s just model stupidity.  

Use the models as a tool. Look for trends. For days models are trending colder. So....?

    Its been an awful start for much of the west. Look at how putrid it is in Colorado right now. Many areas running 50" below normal.

    Maybe there is a good reason why -PNA/+NAO/+AO/La Nina/phase 8 Dec analogs don't currently exist
