    Delmarva and Virginia don’t need any more snow. They’re already ahead of nearly everyone here by inches with SOVA reaching about 75% of their average and it's only December. It's been weeks of back-to-back snow for them even if it's little

    Temps are N because of that negative in eastern Canada
