12z ICON is slightly better, but not much compared to 6z.

At least it moved slightly northward and didn't stay the same or get worse.

Looks like Northern VA has cashed in best from this early season suppression; anyone know how much areas like Richmond picked up this month? One more somewhat suppressed event on Sun and then we trend to AN temps for a while. Need a pattern reset anyway, fortunate to have picked up 3.7" over last 10 days. Maybe I get lucky and get a heavy snow shower today and not too far north for Sun AM event.

Most of that area has received 6-10 inches so far.

There is a very tight temperature gradient showing up around 180 across much of the country.

I doubt the models are going to get all those fine details right this far out.

The local NWS here just updated and lowered today's temps by eight degrees.

I didn't think we were getting to 50 today!

A week or 2 ?

All depends on how fast that crap wave dies.

I'm just guessing because in the past warmups typically overstay their welcome
