    in 1998 NYC had the latest freezing temp on record and it still snowed just before Christmas...

    What is approx start and end time of this? Overnight?

    The local NWS here just updated and lowered today's temps by eight degrees.

    All depends on how fast that crap wave dies.

    I'm just guessing because in the past warmups typically overstay their welcome
