I lived in Westchester at the time, it was a great winter but torched the later half, December and January were great. I remember a crazy front on December 20th, NYC had light rain and 42 degrees, while I was snowing moderately with a temp of 26 degrees, this took place in the evening, ah to be 16 again haha.
