Interesting Week Three and Week Four Outlook from CPC:

As long as the 'Near Normal' temperature probability determination has been used, I don't remember CPC going with these high a 'Near Normal' probabilities as they used in the Northeast here.

Probably could have gone with 90% - 100% above normal temperatures across Texas. I know they don't do that this far out.
