I think that if you really need an H1B worker you should pay them 200% of what the prevailing rate would have been if an American was "available" to do the job.

I bet they'd find a lot of Americans to fill those jobs awfully quick if that were the case instead of importing the labor.

Depends what happens in Iran, IMO. If we can get out of there quick and have a new regime installed, red wins big.

If the war is still going on with boots on the ground and no end in site, then blue wins big.
