    From JB - 6 isn't always warm especially when it comes out of the COD Null Phase here's what you get.

    the second half of January better be cold to match that map...December was cold...January is still a question mark...February could be cold again...off the top of my head these winters that were cold and snowy in December...milder in January...cold and snowy again in Feb...

    most of the la nina years that were cold in Dec and Jan became milder in February...some had a March surprise...

    the cold/snowy Dec mild Jan and cold/snowy Feb years...

    winter......snowfall....
