Little later than the ECMWF does. By the way, the 18Z NAVY NAVGEM has an inch plus of QPF from the next storm and the hang back trough as well.

Luckily ice accretion amounts are fairly unreliable.

3.00” would be like f3/cat4 level tree damage I imagine. Crippling .
