    today's only Wednesday. Still, lots of time with this, I don't expect this extreme north trend to continue, though.

    best gfs run yet, unfortunately it's a bad model and is likely way under done with amplification

    i expect 6z euro to be even more amplified and will introduce rain to the coast

    gfs. don't buy it. I would move this all 150 to 200 miles n and w. The phasing is too strong and the blocking too weak.
