Even the models that show mixing show at least 8 inches in the city. Numbers like that being thrown around are downright irresponsible

And in the scenario where a low pulls up to your west and the warm air is aloft, long Island can actually stay snow longer.

That happens in those type of events, as long as the surface wind stays northerly

I love x weather nerds half are going so low just incase it bust or mixes they can be right or the ones who go super high for clicks.. shouldn’t be any officials snow maps til tomorrow

Rain with temps in the teens is actually more rare than 30 inches of snow
