And your friend P. B. called Jan 15 - Feb 15 from early January. Not too shabby. Next period Feb 20 - March 10. Going to run this winter BN wire to wire November - March. Just crazy

Looks like the next three storms are all PB to DC. The rich (literally, PB is the wealthiest person in the country) get richer.

The band is doing everything it can to help push Pittsburgh to near normal snowfall in February.

Sunny with below normal temperatures today with highs struggling to top freezing in most spots. Still with the increasing strength of the late February sun, we should see more melting of our snowpack. It looks like a little light snow will cross the area overnight tonight and toward rush hour. Snow amounts look minor, but the timing could make for a slippery commute in spots. We will warm it into the mid 40's tomorrow. A little more snow or rain is possible on Thursday before we clear up for the weekend. Saturday may see temperatures near 50 degrees. We chill back down to start the new work week, and snow chances again look to increase by Monday.

Looks like a solid inch tonight.. timing will be interesting. My wife and son had mid-winter break last week and now 2 extra days off (schools still closed today).. timing looks like 4-8 tomorrow morning and our schools close for 2 flakes.. wonder if this will be a 3rd straight closure

Many of our snowiest winters end with a late March or early April snow storm. In 1996 I got 8 inches on April 10th in my hometown of Howell, NJ in SE Monmouth. The only time in my life I was sick of snow, was shoveling those 8 inches on April 10, 1996 lol.

why bother-let it melt at that date lol

Lol it was actually going to be cold enough that day and the next day I believe that it would have hindered my dad from getting the car out from inside the garage to go to work the next day which he had to do the next morning at like 5am (he worked in the NYC financial district). It was the middle of the week and 30 years ago sun angle didn't matter or impact as much as it does these days. Shoveling was unavoidable.
