Sure a meso low behind the parent low, but not two distinct, strong lows imbeded within the same system like that.

Now it’s filling in the hours in between.. that was kinda weird

Euro looks worse to me so far. Was hoping for something better.

New York City went down to 5° on December 12 which is one of the earliest dates that temperature has gone down that low in my lifetime.

this one was over when the pac was born. Getting a phased system up the coast like this just doesn't happen anymore

Unfortunately storm vista decided to brain fart at hour 93 for 500 vorticity maps so nothing is generating after that
