March 15Mar 15 Today should be the calm before the storm. We see temperatures close to normal today in the lower 50's before rain arrives this evening. We have a chance to actually move to above normal precipitation for the year with between 1" to 1.75" of rain possible across the area. There will be a severe weather threat tomorrow especially with a strong cold frontal passage tomorrow evening. We could see temperatures fall by over 25 degrees over just a couple hours after highs well into 60's. Rain will possibly mix with or change to some brief snow before ending by Tuesday morning. We will see well below normal temperatures both Tuesday and Wednesday before we return to slightly below normal temperatures for the rest of the work week.

Basically one of the lower dots on this graph. The growing season is about 40 days longer now than it was 100 years ago in Fairbanks, which is a fccking insane change.I didn’t post it for climate argument BS. The climate is always changing and never stagnant, so using a 100 year graph is BS. So let’s no go there. I really posted it becuase there were several years with a strong Nino when we didn’t have one this year. PLUS how often is Alaska cold while we are cold in our area.

Why the “client change” argument is literally so freaking dumb. I do find it funny they changed it from “global warming” to “client change”.
March 15Mar 15 @Rdd9108 @PaulTarsusWatching for a wave along the front, similar to what the rest of the board got last week. Would be a light event before any kind of lake effect, but we may have moderate snow for a few hours near rush hour tomorrow evening.

He's using the same records I am for him to tell us about the longest below freezing streaks. "Yawn! Climate change is cyclical! I'm not impressed with the below freezing streak! Yawn!"
March 15Mar 15 I'm basically far right according to the media/morons online but the fact that some of you can't grasp simple physics is astonishing. It's because you think it's political.

It's not the Sun because the warming would occur at all level of the atmosphere. Warming is occuring only in troposphere, stratosphere is cooling. Which is exactly what happens with a more pronounced greenhouse effect.

Not what you would expect to see if a change in incoming solar was driving the long-term warming trend.

We got a generac a couple years ago and has come in handy a few times. 2x before that the basement flooded when we lost power.
