We want it to develop further south and west. But it has a lot of time.

January 30Jan 30 the coldest February was in 1934...it had three good snowfalls over 7.5"...2015 was four degrees warmer than 1934...1979 was very cold...20" fell for the month...If it's really cold it will snow eventually....
