Question: IF Kuchera ratio is supposed to be more dynamically based on actual conditions affecting ratio, then why are these current Kuchera maps iincreasing amounts so much over 10:1 when we know that blizzard condition winds will be damaging flakes likely resulting in reduced actual accumulation?

Ratios will be over 25:1 at 700mb so even with wind and surface grinding blowing you still yield about 12:1
