Once upon a time the Democrats were a normal party where we would disagree on small differences in the tax code. Today they support the wholesale defacto invasion of this country, are out and proud haters of whites and Jews, support Islamic terror on the West, make excuses, coddle and release dangerous criminals, etc. These few GOPers still think this is 1995. Somebody should smack some sense into them.

Mayor and coach who was very liberal, got along with him and they were great friends. I remember the leader of the Senate when Reagan was president tip O’Neill who was as liberal as they come, but yet he managed to get along with Reagan and Reagan was smart because he got a lot of his agenda put through and it was just a different time. I honestly believe the change happened when Supreme Court nominee justice Robert Bork was going through his confirmation hearings and the Democrats absolutely destroyed him for no reason, especially that hypocrite, Ted Kennedy. Bork was not nominated. But now with New York City electing Mamdani in the fashion that they did it shows are really far we have sunk. Liberalism has become socialism and communism. Conservatives are not nearly as conservative as they used to be.

They were responsible for some good laws, like work regulations to protect the workers, safety net programs, environmental regulations, etc.Now Democrats are just interested in destroying America, helping the Muslim brotherhood, and parading out people who should be in circuses or mental homes and calling them normal. They say they want to change America, but they don't. They want to destroy America.

May 14May 14 Georgia might be too far gone to save if this hypothetically reflected the real outcome in November. Democrats infested and multiplied their efforts in the state to turn it into the next Minnesota, with Atlanta controlling every election like the Twin Cities do. The signs have been there since 2016. Electing Bottoms, one of the worst mayors in the country, is too baffling even in a midterm year. Not only that, Republicans intentionally try to lose by running the worst candidates for the 6th consecutive year.

Same shit is going on in NC right now too. Tennessee will follow in about 10 years.
May 14May 14 And Atlanta is an asscrack of a city anyway. I mean most cities IMO fucken suck but a lot of these southern cities are too tier trash.Parts of NOLA, Baton Rouge, Jackson, Memphis and Birmingham make the worst areas of NYC look nice.

Although governors don't really affect people in other states, it can still reflect the politics of the state. But governors are weird. Vermont and Massachusetts have had Republican governors and Kentucky has had Democrat governors.

Vermont and Massachusetts have had Republican governors and Kentucky has had Democrat governors. The problem is that the governor is needed for any redistricting process, and incumbents do not often lose unless there is a major scandal or a strong partisan wave. Georgia could be forced to have the courts draw its maps, and there is an increasing chance that the Georgia Supreme Court flips Democratic and officially turn the state blue by 2031
