A huge chunk of it was straight up fraud that was never paid back. PPP loans were supposted to be loans. They were forgiven. I never got that shit with any loan ove ever taken.

I agree with that. But once you force businesses to shut down and once you force all those jobs to end, you have to do something.

Many businesses did not have that much extra money laying around to just be able to bounce right back.

I saw somewhere that even 50-60% of registered DEMS support it. That's why if the Democrats run someone who is too liberal, they won't be president.

Outside of the Northeast and the west coast, most Democrats are not nearly that libreal on most issues.

Mind you, Virginia had no right to respond during the congressional redistricting battle because no other state redistricted except Texas and California, which effectively cancel each other out, although California’s map is harsher than Texas’s. BTW, UVA political professors helped gerrymander this map for them so it's unbreakable. Larry Sabato and his crook colleagues that work for The Center of Politics at UVA met with Democrats last December

The entire country should be redistricted using some form of AI and that should automatically redistrict every census.

Every word of this is 100% true, because it involves me, and I just wanted to show it as another example of federal government waste.

This time we're talking about the post office.

I was recently supposed to be hired to work as a sales guy at a post office here in a small village.

To do my training, I was supposed to drive to Omaha, and be paid (by the federal government) for every mile I drive (120 each way), 10 nights in a hotel at $120/night and $68/day meal money.

Now they rescinded the job offer because "the post office is running out of money and they can split the village post office up between two offices instead of hiring someone".

Now here's what I don't get. They said they had to send me to Omaha for training because they have the modern equipment there and want me to learn how to use it.

But I went for the fingerprinting here in Norfolk, and they have all the same, modern equipment here and Norfolk is also the main sorting office from Columbus to Yankton, east to the Iowa border, Southeast to Fremont, west to the Grand Island area.

That's basically 50-100 miles all sides. So the point is, the Norfolk office is perfectly big enough to do training in.

So why can't they just train me here instead of sending me to Omaha, paying for all those nights in a luxury hotel, giving me $68 per day per meals, which is much more than I would need and paying me for gas?

I worked it out and that's $2,000! If they would just train me here, other than my pay, they would not have to pay me a dime extra.

This is why the federal government always wastes money and why agencies like the post office are running out of money.
