It will likely pass because Democrats vote in every election on the calendar, while Republicans don't.

Currently, it's a 6–5 Democratic congressional split in an 11-seat delegation would translate to about 54.5% Democratic support, or roughly a D+5 PVI, while a hypothetical 10–1 split would imply about 90.9% Democratic support, or around a D+40 PVI.

Virginia has the fairest map in the country because the PVI is nearly identical to that of a general election. It will soon vote as if it were bluer than Vermont and second only to D.C. California is not far behind, it would be tied at third place with IL.

Illinois was recently proven to have the most brutal gerrymander in the country, and this is beyond comparison. Democrats are evil and dream of becoming an authoritarian state while they use their anti-Democracy messaging against Republicans to mask this.

If the SCOTUS overturns Section 2, Republicans have every right to retaliate against VA and are already forced to comply with democratically gerrymandered DEI districts. Georgia will likely be one of the states that does not redistrict if they get destroyed in November. They need to lame-duck if necessary and pass election legislation similar to North Carolina's, or else Republicans will be forced to give up any chance of a new map and will likely lose 3 seats in 2031.

Europe already surrendered. If they make a deal with terrorists they can go defend themselves so we can bring home our troops where they belong. Arguably, Putin was right, NATO is a paper tiger.

Run on the midterms that every $ earmarked for NATO should go into building manufacturing facilities in the inner cities

Get out of NATO now. Next time there's a war or conflict involving one of our European "allies", we can decide who to defend, based on what we feel is best for our own interests and not because we are obligated by NATO.
