The only good news is there could be an historic blizzard like 83 and 16..sometimes there is nothing like 72-73 and 97-98.

In the 90s we had a really bad string of Decembers. 91/92 to 99/00, only 95/96 was good (14") and 93/94 (4"), the rest were 0's or 1"

The snowstorm of December 28-29 1990 I believe had 7 inches of snow and that was the biggest December snowstorm at that point since December 1960! I never used to think about December snowstorms when I was younger our snowstorms always came in January in February. It wasn’t until December 2002 December 2003 where everything changed and now people expect that every single year and it just doesn’t happen like that.
