It’s a lower court judge from Tazewell. He blocked the referendum twice months ago, and it was overturned by the Virginia Supreme Court. We won’t get an answer from the Virginia Supreme Court for another 1–2 weeks, but they’ve allowed the referendum to go through and overturned lower courts regardless of the outcome. Yeah, I looked up the VA Supreme Court. It seems like it has about 6 liberal judges and 3 conservatives.

I wish I could show just how much outrageous legislation has been rammed through and passed by the Virginia legislature over the last three months. They have a once in a decade trifecta, and they are using it to force through their entire liberal wishlist as fast as they can, especially since many of the seats Democrats hold in the State House were won due to low Republican turnout. They essentially solidified their legacy for maybe the next 50 years because what is signed into law would have to be repealed in a Republican trifecta which isn't happening ever because of how they hold their elections.
