Rural Republicans did their job and turned out as those counties voted as far right as they could in an election. NOVA continues to rule the state and gets bluer because of all the raging federal and deep state workers

Result will likely get a bit bluer but the RNC barely put a single penny into this election and got outspent in record amounts. Definitely not the result Democrats were hoping in terms of margins but we could have won this. 52-54% of Democrats now force the state to vote further left of Vermont (2nd of D.C.)

Its all id demographics. In 1993 when I was born this country was nearly 80% white. Now its under 60 i think. Thats insane for over 30 years. And things like that destroys a nation's culture. It destroys unity. But it does win votes.

Redistricting backfired because the GOP doesn’t have a spine. Texas’s map isn’t even as strong as it could be, and it could easily backfire with Latinos in the RGV. Meanwhile, California and Virginia drew maps with no mercy—they’re aren't competitive at all.

Also, one state Senate member in Indiana said he voted no because his constituents didn’t want it. In reality, Democrats organized calls and emails from across the country to make it seem like they were local and pressure him. He fell for it even though his district is R+25 and those calls/emails were later made public.
