I don't have one. I eat what I want and do what I want. The three people in my family who ate very carefully all died from their mid 60s to mid 70s.

The three people who did what they wanted all lived into their eighties and nineties.

I remember way back in June 1962 my area in Brooklyn flooded when the borough got 6" of rain in a few hours...10th ave and 63rd st...then again in June 67 the same block flooded...both times were localized events...where I live on Staten Island we didn't get that much rain or wind yesterday...
