In general, the entire federal district court system should honestly be nuked at this point. Nothing but liberal hacks that entirely block Trump's legislation despite it being 100% legal. I forgot that one judge's name in D.C. that has blocked every bill that was on his desk, just for it to be successfully appealed by a Dem court weeks later. Never upheld a single one.

It may or may not be upheld upon appeal, but the rationale aligns with tariff cases: the "president requires explicit congressional authorization to levy significant charges" which is what the SCOTUS ruled on. The opinion further states that $100,000 is not correlated with processing costs, suggesting that Congress would likely need to approve such a fee.

If I am reading correctly what our President said yesterday, in my opinion , bombing of Iran’s infrastructure will be coming off the table if a deal is struck.

It will be a short term deal, opening up the strait temporarily, with ongoing negotiations, with another deadline to dismantle the uranium.
