The All-New Winter Banter Thread

I think it’s quite ironic how Democrats think they are entitled to additional seats after temporarily gaining them for two years in the South. They are so accustomed to having gerrymandered seats that they think Republicans are gerrymandering when Republicans are simply reverting to precedent.

Also, Republicans are technically not gaining more seats; if they were, they would have eliminated the single Democratic seats. Instead, they are using the same configuration that has been in place for the last two decades. Republicans now actually have to fight Democratic gerrymandered states in 2027 by drawing maps of their own. Virginia, New York, and Colorado are moving ahead, which could net Democrats eleven seats in 2028. California is still more gerrymandered than Texas and Florida, and Democrats had no right to redraw there to begin with.

They continue to gaslight by preaching about “defending democracy.” I think Republicans should take that same script out of their playbook and cite the same argument. Democrats accuse Republicans of doing things they are actually doing themselves, and it is unfortunate that much of the public tends to believe it.

You can't come to an agreement or compromise with people who would relish in the demise of our country. Once upon a time the Democrats were a normal party where we would disagree on small difference

Wonder when we will have a "Henry Nowak" incident here in America?

I don't think there is a feasible solution outside of sucession to save whats left of western american culture. democrats openly elected a whacko in new jersey and the goal of the dnc is to openly lie cheat and steal whatever they can to remain in power.

I don’t think there is a feasible solution, short of secession, to save what’s left of Western American culture. Democrats openly elected a terrorist who is GUARANTEED to be in CONGRESS in New Jersey, and the goal of the DNC is to lie, cheat, and steal whatever they can to remain in power.

They can't do it with reconciliation. The Byrd Rule prevents it. Would have immediately been challenged and rejected by the parliamentarian
