This whole country revolves around luxury boomer communism at this point. We are a nursing home with nukes and 40 trillion of debt

You can't come to an agreement or compromise with people who would relish in the demise of our country. Once upon a time the Democrats were a normal party where we would disagree on small difference

On Sunday, the high in Freeport, Bahamas, reached only 51 degrees, the coldest high temperature on record anywhere in the Bahamas, according to Herrera. That's more typical of early February in Nashvi

Ill wait for my next lecture from yet another boomer who lived his whole life on easy street. ***** first.

Biggest horror to a boomer is getting an offer of 898k for their 900k house they paid 80k for in 1987 and dud nothing to and will be a gut job

And then they end up selling that house to either blackrock or an Indian family

Boomers had near zero competition with the following: automation, AI, foreigners, outsourcing and im sure there are others.

But yes life was so hard for them. Pulling up the ladder behind them must have been a real backbreaker

The astronomical valuation and the total gut job are 100% spot on lol

Certain people will blame others for their failures. Other people will work once they get their working papers, ( you know the type).

When you see a person living in a nice place, think a little, and see if you can come to a conclusion that maybe just maybe, they worked 15 hours a day building something. Some may have sacrificed for others.

Not good to blame a bunch of people born in a certain decade. The state of the world has always sucked.

Sorry.

9955HX3D/5070 Ti vs. i9-275HX/5080

Same price, but both have trade-offs. This is such a tough decision lol. Only the 5080 variant has an OLED display, but I hate the burn in risk on a laptop with static HUD's on a program. I need another opinion

Man I love OLED so much I think I'd buy that if given the option. Think of how much enjoyment you'll get out of that screen before it even (if it does) becomes a problem years from now.

You'll probably want another laptop by then anyway! Haha

Plus there are a bunch of burn in mitigation techniques now such as pixel shifting and that will buy you some time.

One issue I have with OLED is that my current glossy WOLED panel causes a lot of eye strain, even with the blue light filter set to the maximum. IPS is the only panel type that doesn’t bother my eyes. The Lenovo one I was looking at is also glossy and not matte

In the end you have to go with what makes you most comfortable using your devices which means in your case it would be the IPS.

Glossy IPS is a fine compromise anyway, a significant part of the contrast loss comes from the matte texture.

Must've been nice to win the birth lottery and live life on easy street. Retire at 50 with a ***** pension amd medical. Have your 40k house worth a million now. And then lecture everyone on how hard you guys had it after you imported 100 million low IQ foreigners to make the precious GDP go up after shipping the good jobs overseas.

f*** the boomers. Because of your worthless piece of shit generation this country is a dump and your kids and grandchildren will be a hated minority after you're gone

MY boomer parents retired at 67 years old, as did my boomer Uncle.

Blaming your problems on a previous generation is the number one sign of a loser.

Not if they really did ruin the country.

And it wasn't all boomers, or only boomers. Part of silent generation bares blame as well.

Somehow during their reigning years all institutions were ideologically captured by lunatic leftists, therefore brainwashing young people into hating their own race, culture, country, etc., shipped the vast majority of all working class jobs that paid a good wage to the third world and flooded the country with people completely different from traditional American values.

We didn't get here by coincidence.

Kind of seems like the change happened soon after most women started to work.

Yeah, this is all inevitable. It doesn't matter who was elected. This was going to happen. Europe did it, North America did it, the whole world did it.
