July 6Jul 6 I'm barely getting touched by the edge of one of these cells or whatever they are and it's pouring. I can't imagine the torrential rains that are coming down in places like Southern Brooklyn right now.

It would really have to develop over here which it still could possibly. Still a decent rainfall, and I will take every drop of it just not those insane biblical amounts which rarely work out anyway for one particular area
July 6Jul 6 Up to 1.40 for the event.I added almost 0.4 just from barely getting clipped from the heavy rains from time to time.

July 6Jul 6 Some good news:RRFS initial parallel feed has been delayed to Aug 11. The end of the NAM has also been delayed to Oct 6 to ensure there is still sufficient overlap. https://www.weather.gov/media/notification/pdf_2026/scn26-47_Retirement_of_NAM_SREF_HREF_HiresW_NAM_MOS.aaa.pdf
July 6Jul 6 4.06. A lot of streets had severe flash flooding with water halfway up to slope lawns in some areas where you can see the watermarks. 65 with a chilly East wind. I wish it was like this for the rest of the summer.
