They usually go through a finance company called Credit Acceptance and they get the state maximum interest rate of 17.9999%

The car usually doesn't even get registered and is repoed by the bank within 6-8 months. They just roll around with expired in transits

Next 2 weeks are bone dry here. Horrific. The pain never ends. Must be nice to be in Iowa and Illinois. Guess ill enjoy more pain and misery in this state that God clearly hates.

I posted the monthly departures already. We passed 3" here for the month, which is a very wet month for the Plains.
