Manchin and Sinema are gone, and Fetterman will not receive the endorsement from the PA DNC; he will face a primary challenge from a progressive candidate. They were two votes short, and those votes are now gone. All they need is 50 members + VPIf they somehow regain control of the Senate of this year, it's game over.
