The only mergers I am truly against are the ones that turn an industry into a monopoly.

That merger would have probably been approved. Oh well. Too bad so sad. There's also evidence that over time Jetblue was not feeling the merger so much and they didn't really fight to appeal the block well at all on purpose.

But there's ******s like this in the govt. Odds are the bigger airlines paid off most of the govt to prevent the merger
