People immigrate to countres that are completely foreign to their own all the time. The Dreamers can go back to their families' ancestral lands. That's much less jarring than what legal immigrants experience all the time in terms of culture shock. What is that all of a sudden, a human rights abuse?

If we truly vetted only the world's best, most people would be fine with immigration.

With AI looming we really shouldn't be letting anyone in at all right now. Last thing we need is more people dependent on the govt after AI fully takes hold and makes millions of jobs go away.

UBI is inevitable, id like to see that total number kept to a minimum and putting a full moratorium on immigration would be the best way.

Amd prior to the 65 immigration act we had quotas and many other regulations on who was let in. Now we take in people for almost anything. Its ridiculous. We shouldn't be the world's dumping ground
