Thursday at 01:10 AM2 days Most of the "Mexican" food America eats is Tex-Mex. Thats how significant the Tejano culture in Texas was. Greg Abbott wiped that away to make the line go up.

A lot of those are not immigrant hispanics. Theyre hispanic families who lived there since before the alamo and are more culturally white than hispanic.

This is new for them.In southern Europe they have had mini splits since I can remember seeing them as a little kid. Their windows don't open up and down, they open outwards and to the sides, so window units are not a thing there.

We have to go into Iran and just completely smash them the way Trump was talking about doing it over Easter. That is the only way this is going to end and that is the only way we are truly going to win.

Their windows don't open up and down, they open outwards and to the sides, so window units are not a thing there.I will never forget the hot summer of 1988. I was working as a sales rep for Nabisco cookies. I had a 1979 Volkswagen rabbit. The car went overheat and the only thing that would stop it was if I turned the heat on. So on all of those hot days, especially when there were so many temperatures over 95°. I still had to drive in a car with the heat on. And I suffered and looking back at it that, I was probably very lucky that I didn’t pass out while driving. But I did it and I survived and that’s one of the biggest notches on my belt in my lifetime that I was able to do that.Having said that though, I would not want to be in Europe during a heat wave with no air-conditioning. 30 to 40 years ago but not today.
